The meeting time is the START time. You must already have signed in by that point or you will be considered tardy. All sign in sheets will be taken up at the start of the meeting. You will need to check in with your ag teacher after that. If you miss an FFA meeting, please see your ag teacher immediately.
August 26th: Beginning of the Year Information Meeting- 7pm
A parent required meeting.
September 9th: Animal Feeders Meeting and Fundraiser Start– 6 PM
October 7th: October FFA Meeting – 7 PM
Halloween Costume Contest/ Carved Pumpkin Contest
November 4th: Thanksgiving Potluck– 7 PM
December 2nd: Fall Degree Ceremonies & Gift Exchange – 7 PM

January 13th: CDE “Super Judging Competition” Meeting – 3 PM
February 3rd: Livestock Show Meeting – 7 PM
Students must wear Livestock Show OFFICAL DRESS.

May 5th: End of the Year Student & Parent FFA Banquet

*Students must attend all FFA meetings in order to show. UIL activities and absences from school for being sick are the only approved absences. If you have UIL activity you MUST make an ag teacher aware AHEAD of time. All absences are subject to ag teacher discretion under extenuating circumstances.
If you miss an FFA meeting for an unapproved absence, you must see an ag teacher within 24 hours of your return to school, those who do not come in time, are subject to additional requirements.
